Ownership and usage rights relating to project deliverables will be determined by the applicable agreement and payment status.
Unless expressly transferred in writing, the Studio retains rights in its pre-existing materials, methodologies, tools, templates, techniques and proprietary processes.
Both parties may receive confidential information during a project. Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorised third parties except where required by law or agreed otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party agrees to be responsible for claims arising from its own breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct or infringement caused by materials or instructions supplied by that party.
Either party may terminate a project where permitted under the applicable agreement or where the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within the agreed period.
Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for approved work completed, committed costs and other amounts payable under the applicable agreement.
